Booking Appointments

You are allowed to make appointments online, by phone, or at our reception. When booking:

• Please provide your accurate contact details and medical information.
• You will get the confirmation via phone, SMS, or email.
• In case we have to re-book because of unexpected reasons (such as equipment breakage or doctor unavailability), then we will notify you early enough.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. If you can’t make it to your appointment:

• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, a waiting period may apply. Please inform us in advance so we can adjust appointments accordingly.
• This helps us serve other patients efficiently.

Payments & Pricing

• Consultation fees are displayed on our website or shared during booking.
• Some treatments may require an advance or full payment at the time of booking.

Treatment Disclaimer

Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. However, please understand that:

• Every individual’s results are unique; we cannot guarantee identical outcomes.
• Certain therapies contain side effects that are slight and short-term term such as redness, swelling, or sensitivity.
• It is important to follow your pre and post-treatment care directions to help achieve optimal results.
• If you experience any discomfort after your session, please contact our clinic immediately or visit us between 10 AM–7 PM, and on Sundays from 10 AM–2 PM.
